2. Products and services

LS Cosplay offers ready-made costumes, accessories, character looks, and custom-made cosplay products. Product photographs, descriptions, materials, sizes, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may be updated when necessary. Handmade and custom-made products may contain minor differences in colour, texture, finishing, placement of decorative elements, or construction. These differences are part of the handmade production process and do not automatically constitute a defect.

3. Custom cosplay requests

A custom cosplay request submitted through the website is an initial enquiry and does not by itself create a binding order. Before production begins, LS Cosplay may confirm the design, measurements, materials, estimated price, production period, delivery arrangements, and any other relevant requirements with the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, reference materials, deadlines, delivery information, and other details required for production.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated. The final price applicable to an order is the price shown or confirmed before payment. Delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other external charges may be added where applicable. Any known additional charges will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.

5. Orders and payment

To purchase a product, the customer completes the requested contact information and continues to the secure payment page assigned to that product. An order is considered accepted only after successful payment and confirmation by LS Cosplay. We may contact the customer where additional information is required before processing the order. Payments are processed by an external payment provider. LS Cosplay does not directly collect or store complete payment card details.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to product, material, and production availability. Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate solution, such as an alternative, a revised production period, or a refund.

7. Production times

Production times for custom-made products are estimates and may depend on the complexity of the design, material availability, customer response times, and the number of active commissions. A requested event date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless the deadline has been expressly confirmed by LS Cosplay in writing.

8. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer must verify that all delivery details are complete and accurate before the order is dispatched. Delivery estimates may be affected by the carrier, destination, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of LS Cosplay. Risk in the product transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or another person designated by them.

9. Right of withdrawal

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, an eligible consumer may normally notify us of their decision to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product. The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the customer, including custom-sized or custom-designed costumes. To request a withdrawal, contact contacts@lscosplay.com before the applicable period expires.

10. Returns

Before returning an eligible product, the customer must contact LS Cosplay and receive return instructions. Returned products must be unworn, unused, undamaged, clean, and returned with all supplied components and packaging where reasonably possible. Unless required otherwise by law or agreed by LS Cosplay, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

11. Incorrect or damaged products

The customer should inspect the order after delivery and contact LS Cosplay promptly if the product is damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order. The customer may be asked to provide photographs and a description so that the issue can be reviewed. This does not limit any statutory rights available to the customer.

12. Measurements and fit

Where a product is made or selected using customer-provided measurements, the customer is responsible for ensuring that those measurements are accurate. LS Cosplay is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements, material changes requested after approval, or changes in the customer’s measurements after production has begun.

13. Intellectual property

Website text, original photographs, graphics, branding, layouts, and original costume work created by LS Cosplay may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission. Character names, visual references, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. LS Cosplay is not represented as being officially affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.

14. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent purposes.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Subject to applicable law, LS Cosplay is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service failures, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements. The version displayed on this page applies from the stated update date.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence where applicable.
